We ask that all patients please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment & provide your insurance and ID. This is especially important if you are a new patient or your insurance has changed. We understand that unforseen delays happen and we will try and accommodate you if time permits. However, arriving after your scheduled appointment time may require us to reschedule you for a later time. This process will ensure patients that do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner. Brian Brown is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who provides quality primary and prompt care to all pediatric, adult and senior patients. A longtime Visalia resident, Brian spent five years as an Emergency Department Technician and ten years as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical ICU and Cardiovascular ICU. After finishing his Master of Science in Nursing from Fresno Pacific University, Brian began serving his patients in an outpatient clinical setting in 2016. Brian seeks to educate and empower his patients to take a key role in their own care. As he ensures his patients have all the resources they need for a higher quality of life, Brian loves practicing medicine every day at Riverway Medical Care. Brian is fluent in French, loves to dune buggy at the beach and loves to camp and fish. His beloved wife Kim and two sons, Alexander and Zachary, are proud of Brian’s new adventure.

Jarod Williams, MSN, FNP-C

Jarod Williams is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in family medicine and same-day access for patients. After eleven years as a Registered Nurse, Jarod’s desire to serve patients in the Central Valley was ignited to provide a higher level of care. Jarod’s time working in the emergency room, ICU and post anesthesia care unit gave him the experience to learn the importance of collaborative care with patients and caregivers. Jarod took that knowledge and finished a Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University to become a Nurse Practitioner. Whether he is treating chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure or serving pediatric patients with a rash, Jarod wants his patients to have a home for their care at Riverway Medical Care. Jarod loves soccer, the beach and spending time with his family. His loving wife Stacy and two sons, Jaxon and Mason, are proud of Jarod’s new adventure.

Scott Price, MD

Dr. Scott Price is board certified in Internal Medicine and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He received his medical degree in 1988 from the prestigious Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. He then completed a residency in Otolaryngology (ENT) – Head and Neck Surgery at LA County-USC Medical Center in 1993. After residency, Dr. Price chose to serve 4 years as a surgeon in the United States Air Force. After an honorary discharge, Dr. Price started his own practice as a Head and Neck Surgeon in Billings, Montana. In 2015, to increase his level of care to the patients he served, he decided to pursue additional training and completed a residency in Internal Medicine with the University of California San Francisco-Fresno program. Dr. Price is excited to expand quality care to the community through Riverway Medical Care. Dr. Price and his wonderful wife, Dianne, have been married for 40 years. They are proud of their 5 children and 12 grandchildren scattered over 3 states.

Dena Tilley

Dena Tilley is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Her family is settled in Visalia and I attended local schools including College of Sequoia, graduating from their Registered nursing Program in 1984. After Graduation, She was drawn to Womens Health and worked labor and delivery, neonatal intensive care and Postpartum. In 1994, She was accepted into a women’s health nurse practitioner program through affiliation to UCSF NP masters program and Planned parenthood. She have worked locally over 32 years and the last 5 1/2 years she have in central coast in San Luis Obispo and Nipomo, where I continue to consult women on hormone imbalance and treatment. Her philosophy is to individualize each person’s needs and beliefs and choose the right path in their care as a partner to them making the best decisions for their overall health.

Noah Sarr

Noah Sarr is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who takes great pride in providing the best care for his patients. He loves his role of being a primary care provider and works with each patient individually to provide guidance and support in their healthcare needs. Noah grew up right here in the central valley with his three siblings. While in high school he developed an affinity for caring for others and providing a meaningful service which quickly drew him into the medical field. He has served in many roles throughout his medical career starting from an EMT, phlebotomist, emergency department Registered Nurse and now as a Nurse Practitioner. Noah left the hospital setting to pursue his passion of assisting his community and started his career in family practice in 2016. It was here, in family and primary practice, that Noah feels that he has found his true calling as he loves developing relationships with his patients and their families while providing them with exceptional care. After obtaining his undergraduate degree from Bakersfield State University, Noah received a Master of Science in Nursing at Fresno Pacific University and became a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He continues to maintain active membership in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, has taught at his alma mater and enjoys educating and training future healthcare providers. Noah resides in Exeter with his wife Jaclyn and their three sons, Malachi, Eli and Isaiah. Noah loves spending time with his family in the country while also being an active part of his community. Noah enjoys golfing, bird hunting with his dogs, and training for marathons.

Alisha was born, raised and earned her undergraduate degree in South Dakota. While studying nursing at the University of Jamestown she met her husband, a Visalia native. Alisha is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner as well as a surgical Registered Nurse. Alisha has worked in the medical field for over 20 years. Her last medical experience in cardiology, medical-surgical, post-surgical, mental health, gerontology, neurology, orthopedics, and primary care has prepared her to deliver compassionate, safe, and competent care to our patients. She believes that caring for her fellow community members is not only an honor, but a privilege. Alisha has been a proud resident of Visalia for over a decade, where her and her husband own and operate a personal training center, Elite Results III.
